period is 3 years from the date of the user's last activity. INFOMYCITY OÜ reserves the right to

retain certain personal data for longer periods, even after the closure of the user account, if necessary

to comply with legal obligations or ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse, and defend or exercise

its rights. If you choose to close your account, your personal data will no longer be visible.

5. Cookies and Other Web Technologies

We collect information through cookies and other similar technologies (invisible pixels). Cookies are

small text files that are automatically stored on your computer or mobile device every time you visit

a website. Cookies and invisible pixels are stored by your web browser and contain basic

information about your internet usage. Your browser retransmits these cookies to the site every time

you visit it. In this way, the computer or mobile device is recognized, and the browsing experience is

customized and improved accordingly.

Further information on cookies and similar technologies used by Infomycity (e.g., invisible pixels) is

available in the Cookie Policy.

For more information on cookies in general, how to view cookies installed on your device (mobile),

and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org and

http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/

INFOMYCITY OÜ uses cookies on its platforms (App and Web) for the following general purposes:

To identify the browser or device type when users return, to register, and to store preferences set

during the previous visit. For example, if a user has registered on the site, cookies allow us to store

their login data so that they do not have to re-enter it every time they visit.

To personalize the browsing experience and site content. For example, if you visit a web page,

service providers or partners of Infomycity automatically install a cookie to recognize the browser

used to access the internet and display information based on your likely interests.

To measure and document the effectiveness of various features, offers, and electronic

communications (e.g., checking which emails have been opened and whether the user selected links

within those emails).

The Settings option, available on the toolbar of most browsers, provides instructions to prevent the

browser from accepting new cookies, to receive notifications for every new cookie installed, or to

disable unwanted cookies. If you choose to disable cookies, you may not be able to fully utilize

many of the tools, content, or features available on the site.

6. Web Beacons

The site or through the App may also use web beacons (also known as GIFs or invisible pixels).

These are tiny digital images with a unique identifier that function similarly to cookies and are stored

in the code of web pages. Web beacons are used to analyze user navigation patterns when accessing

a specific page from another page of the site, to provide or transmit information to cookies, and to

determine if the user has arrived at the site through an online ad on a third-party site, thus improving

site performance. We also reserve the right to allow our service providers to use web beacons to

determine which emails have been opened by recipients and to track user traffic and actions on the

site. This allows the company to more accurately verify the relevance of content and the

effectiveness of offers.

7. Data Collected by Business Partners and Ad Networks to Provide Relevant Advertising

INFOMYCITY OÜ allows third parties to collect information about your online activities through

cookies and other technologies. These third parties include advertising agencies that collect

information about your interests when you view or interact with ads displayed on various websites,

and then use this information to predict your behavior or preferences and display targeted ads on

third-party sites. We do not control and cannot access the cookies and other technologies used by

third parties to collect information about your interests. Practices relating to the processing of such

information are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Some companies are part of the Network

Advertising Initiative, a resource that allows users to opt-out of targeted advertising by participating

companies.

8. User Rights

You have the right to verify, supplement, and update the information provided by accessing the "My

Data" section of your account. You also have the right to close your account (after several security

steps to safeguard your personal security) for related issues by writing to help.world@outlook.com

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the user has the right to access, rectify, delete,

restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability and to object to the processing of their

personal data. They also have the right to decide on the processing of their personal data and the

methods of exercising this right in the event of death.

Below you will find more details and information on how and when you can exercise your rights.

Requests from data subjects will be responded to within one month, however, the company reserves

the right to extend this period to two months if necessary, depending on the complexity and number

of requests.

Users have the following rights concerning their personal data:

Right to request access to their personal data. This allows you to receive a copy of your personal data

held by the company and verify that the processing is lawful.

Right to request correction of their data if it is incorrect. The user also has the right to supplement

any incomplete data recorded, taking into account the purposes of the processing.

Right to request the deletion of their personal data if:

 They are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;

The user revokes their consent, if the processing of personal data is based on consent and no

other legal basis exists;

The user objects to the processing of their personal data, and the company has no overriding

legitimate grounds to continue processing;

 The personal data has been processed unlawfully;

The personal data must be deleted to comply with legal obligations.

Right to object to the processing of personal data. The company is committed to acting in the best

interest of users, unless there are overriding legitimate interests in the processing of data or the

processing is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a right in legal proceedings.

9. Right to restrict the processing of personal data if:

The accuracy of the data is disputed by the user during the period in which the company is required

to verify its accuracy;

The processing is unlawful, and the user opposes the deletion of their personal data requesting

restriction instead;

The company no longer needs the user's personal data for processing, but it is required for the user to

pursue legal claims;

The user has objected to the processing, for the period in which the company is required to verify the

existence of the above legitimate grounds.

Right to data portability. The user can request to receive in a structured, commonly used, and machine-

readable format the personal data concerning them. The user can also request the transfer of such personal

data to third parties, if possible.

This right can only be exercised if it concerns personal data provided to the company, if the processing is

based on consent or necessary for the performance of a contract between the user and the company, and if

the processing is carried out by automated means.

The user has the right to define post-mortem instructions to determine how their personal data should be

treated and how to exercise their rights in case of death. If the company is informed of the user's death, the

relevant personal data will be deleted unless required for compliance with legal provisions and/or retention

periods provided by law, in which case, only after disclosure to a third party designated by the user to the

company.

You can exercise various rights through the "My Data" section of your account.

To verify the user's identity and confirm their right to access their personal data (or exercise any other right),

the company reserves the right to request a copy of an identity document. This is a security measure to

ensure that personal data is not disclosed to individuals who are not authorized to receive it.

The company may also contact you (by email, SMS, phone, or any other means) to request further

information regarding your request in order to expedite the response time.

10.Protection of Personal Data

INFOMYCITY OÜ wants users to be able to use the Help Me Now app with confidence. Therefore,

the company is committed to protecting the information it collects. For example, data encryption

technologies are used to transfer billing information between the company's systems and third-party

systems with which the information is shared. Firewalls and intrusion detection systems are also used

to prevent unauthorized access to user data.

11.Information About Minors

The Help Me Now app is reserved for individuals aged 14 and over and does not provide services for

those under this age. The company does not knowingly collect data from minors. If a user under the

age of 14 submits personal data to the company, the information will be deleted or destroyed as soon

as possible. It is possible to use the Help Me Now app under 14 years old, only with the "associate

helpers" function linked to a parent.

12.External Links

The app may include links to third-party websites, plugins, and applications. If you access other sites

via the links provided on the app, the operators of those sites may be able to collect or share

information about you. Such information will be processed in accordance with the privacy policies of

those sites, which may differ from this Privacy Policy. We do not control third-party websites, so we

recommend reading the privacy policies posted on such websites to understand their procedures for

collecting, processing, and communicating personal data.

13.International Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Economic Area for the

purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In case of transferring user personal data outside the

European Economic Area, the company reserves the right to take the following precautions to ensure

adequate protection.

Personal data transfers are made:

To countries or companies that, according to the European Commission, provide an adequate level of

protection;

To countries that do not offer adequate protection, but where the transfer is covered by standard

contractual clauses.

14.Changes to the Privacy Policy

INFOMYCITY OÜ reserves the right to periodically modify this Privacy Policy. The date of the

latest revisions will be indicated on the first page of this Privacy Policy. Any revisions will take

effect from the date of publication.

15.Contact Information

For questions or complaints regarding the company's processing of personal data, please write to

help.world@outlook.com. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the European Data

Protection Board regarding the processing of their personal data. However, we encourage users to

contact INFOMYCITY OÜ first before contacting the relevant authorities.

Section 3, User Privacy Compliant with the European GDPR

Privacy is important, all our products and services are designed with your privacy in mind. We rely on the

expertise of professionals in various sectors to ensure everything is fully compliant with your privacy. We

are committed to ensuring the transparency of your data. Our Privacy Policy and related documents are

written in clear and simple language. We guarantee that your information will be kept safe. Dedicated

personnel are responsible for maintaining the security of your data. We constantly update our security

practices to improve the protection of your information. Please read our Cookie Policy and its usage and

regulations carefully.

In our Privacy Policy, we will clearly tell you which information we collect, why we collect it, how it is

used, and what choices are available to you regarding your information. This Policy describes our user

privacy practices in a simple and clear manner.

1. If you reside in the European Union or any other country with different jurisdictions where our

services are operational, the company responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy (the

"data controller") is: INFOMYCITY OÜ, Männimäe/1, Pudisoo küla, Kuusalu vald, Harju maakond

74626 – ESTONIA, Email: worldvanguardgroup@gmail.com - Registry Code 16910603.

2. This Help Me Now Privacy Policy also applies to all websites, apps, events, and other services and

products operated by INFOMYCITY OÜ. For clarity, all of these elements together will be referred

to as "services or sites" in this Privacy Policy. Different services may require their own specific

privacy policy. If a particular service has its own privacy policy, that specific policy will apply

instead of this one.

It is evident that we can assist you in important moments of emergency and need only by having information

about you, such as some basic profile details. We also collect information generated from the use of our

services, such as access logs and all the history of you, your Helpers, and your Protectees.

These are the information you provide to us:

When you create an account, you provide us with your login credentials as well as some basic details

necessary for the service to function, such as sex, date of birth, name, mobile number, and other

important information.

Once your profile is complete, you can share with us and your contacts additional important

information, such as details about your ethnicity, nationality, as well as specifications, photos, and

videos. To add certain content, like photos or videos, you can allow us to access your camera or

photo gallery. Some of the information you choose to provide may be considered "special" or

"sensitive" in some jurisdictions. By providing this information, you consent to the processing of

such data.

When you subscribe to a paid service or make a purchase directly from us (rather than through a

platform like iOS or Android), you provide us or our payment service provider with information like

your credit or debit card number or other financial details.

If you contact our customer support team, we collect the information you provide during the interaction.

Sometimes, we record these interactions for training purposes and to ensure high-quality service.

In addition to the information you provide directly, we receive information about you from others, including

other users who may provide information about you when using our services. For example, we may collect

information about you from other users if they contact us about you.

If implemented, you can use your social media account login (such as Facebook or Google) to create and

access your Help Me Now account. This option prevents you from needing to remember a new username and

password and allows you to share some information from your social media account with us.

We may receive information about you from our partners or other companies with whom we have

agreements, such as when Help Me Now accounts are created through a partner’s website (in which case

they provide us with registration details) or when Help Me Now ads are displayed on a partner’s websites

and platforms.

When you use our services, we collect information about which features you have used, how you have used

them, and the devices you used to access our services. We collect information about your activity on our

services, such as how you use them (e.g., the date and time of login, features used, searches, maps, and pages

displayed, the referring web page, ads clicked) and how you interact with other users (e.g., users with whom

you interact, date and time of communications, number of messages sent and received).

We collect information from and about the device(s) you use to access our services, including:

Hardware and software information, such as IP address, device ID, device type, device and app

settings and features, app crashes, advertising identifiers (e.g., Google’s AAID, Apple’s IFDA,

which are randomly generated numbers that can be reset in the device settings), browser type,

version and language, operating system, time zone, identification codes associated with cookies or

other technologies capable of uniquely identifying your device or browser.

3. The emergency and security service of Help Me Now relies on your precise geo-location (latitude

and longitude) through various means, depending on the service and the device you are using,

including GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi. Geo-location information collection can occur only when you

are using the services, through different visibility options you can choose the most appropriate for

your personal safety and the moment you are in. When using the Service, you must provide your

location and exact location information through your device’s geo-location. Data we store on our

servers: This will allow you to be visible to your Helpers (friends or family), and they will be able to

see the distance between you and them, and vice versa. The location will always be accurate on the

map and also matched with Google Maps (naturally within the limits of data coverage at that

moment).

As with other apps, sharing your location can reveal intimate information about you and your activities.

Please note that Help Me Now will only work with your location automatically tracked by GPS. You will

have various security options, and your location will always be shared if you wish and/or use the app’s

services. This will greatly enhance your safety, as your Helpers (friends or family) will know where you are

and be able to act in case of emergency. Help Me Now will track your location (depending on the options

you set) only when using the app, or for your safety, depending on the activated services and options.

4. We use and allow others to use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels, or other)

to recognize you and/or your device(s). You can consult our Cookie Policy for more information on

why we use cookies (e.g., to authenticate you, remember your preferences and settings, analyze site

traffic and trends, manage and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, enable you to use

social features) and how to control their use through your browser settings and other tools. Some

browsers (including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome) offer a "Do Not Track" option.

Not all browsers provide a DNT option, and DNT requests are not yet uniform. Therefore, many

companies do not currently respond to DNT requests. For more information, please read our cookie

policy.

5. We use your information to improve our services, and we use your information to provide you with

ads that may interest you. Read how we manage your information: How we manage your account

and our services:

Create and manage your account in the best possible way.

Provide support and respond to your requests.

 Complete your transactions.

Communicate with you regarding our services, including order management and billing.

How we provide a unique experience across all your devices:

Connect the different devices you use to provide you with a consistent experience across each

device. To do this, we link devices and browser data, e.g., when you access your account on different

devices, browser version, and similar data to identify and link them. You can only use one device at

a time for your privacy and security.

How we improve our services:

We conduct user behavior research and analysis to improve our services and content. We may decide

to change the design or even substantially alter a certain feature.

We may also develop new features and services and may decide to create new features based on

interests, requests, or our own opinions.

How we prevent and combat illegal or unauthorized activities:

We respond to ongoing or suspected misconduct both on the platform and elsewhere.

We analyze data to better understand and design countermeasures against such activities.

How we ensure legality:

 Always comply with legal requirements.

 Cooperate with judicial authorities.

Enforce or exercise our rights, such as our Terms and Conditions.

To process your information, we rely on the following legal bases: In most cases, the reason we process your

information is to fulfill the contract you have entered into with us. For example, while you use our service

for your everyday security, we use your information to maintain your account and profile, make them visible

to your Helpers, and make you visible to your Protectees.

We may use the user’s information when we have legitimate interests to do so. For example, we analyze user

behavior on our services to continually improve our offerings, recommend offers that may interest you, and

process information for administrative, fraud detection, and other legal purposes.

Our goal is to assist you with your personal safety at all times in your life. We also share some of your

information with service providers and partners who assist us in managing our services, with other

companies of INFOMYCITY OÜ, or with other partners with whom we have agreements.

We share information with other users when you voluntarily disclose service information (including your

public profile). We recommend that you be cautious with your information and only share content that you

are comfortable making public, as neither you nor we can control what others do with your information once

you share it.

We use third parties to help us manage and improve our services. These third parties assist us with various

activities, including hosting and maintaining data, analytics, customer support, marketing, advertising,

payment processing, and security operations.

We may also share information with partners who distribute our services and assist us in promoting them.

For example, we may share information about you with advertising partners, anonymized using a hash

function unreadable by humans.

We may transfer user information if we are involved, in whole or in part, in a merger, sale, acquisition,

transfer, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy, or other change of ownership or control.

We may disclose user information if reasonably necessary to comply with legal proceedings, such as a court

order, subpoena, search warrant, government or judicial investigation, or other legal requirements; or to

cooperate with the prevention or investigation of crimes (always in compliance with applicable law); or to

protect the safety of an individual.

We may also share information if disclosure may reduce our liability in a pending or threatened lawsuit; and

if necessary to protect our legal rights and those of our users, business partners, or other stakeholders; or to

enforce our agreements with the user; or to conduct investigations, prevent or take action in response to

illegal activities, suspected fraud, or other misconduct.

We may use and share non-personal information (i.e., information that does not identify the user by itself,

such as device information, general demographic data, general behavioral data, anonymous geo-location), as

well as personal information in an anonymized form with a hash function unreadable by humans, in any of

the above circumstances. We may also share this information with other companies of INFOMYCITY OÜ or

other business partners of INFOMYCITY OÜ, and with third parties (particularly advertisers) to develop and

provide targeted advertising on our services and on third-party websites or applications, and to analyze and

report the ads displayed. We may combine this information with other non-personal information or personal

information in an anonymized form with a hash function unreadable by humans, collected from other

sources.

6. Sharing information sometimes involves international data transfers, for example to the United States

or other jurisdictions. For example, when a service is available to users residing in the European

Economic Area, the information of those users may be transferred to countries outside the EEA. We

use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate

safeguards to enable data transfers from the EEA to other countries. Standard contractual clauses are

binding agreements for companies that transfer personal data, requiring them to protect the privacy

and security of your data.

7. To control your information, we provide the following tools:

• Service access/update tools. Tools and account settings that help the user access, correct, or delete

the information provided to us and associated with their account directly within the service. If you

have questions about these tools and settings, contact our support team.

• Device permissions. Many platforms have permission systems for specific types of data and device

notifications, such as contacts, location services, and push notifications. You can modify the settings

on your device to consent or opt out of the collection of corresponding information or the display of

corresponding notifications. Naturally, denying consent may limit some services' full functionality.

• Deletion. You can delete your account using the corresponding feature directly on the service.

However, for your security, we need to verify your identity before proceeding.

Key points to remember:

• Access to user information. Applicable privacy laws give you the right to view your information

processed by us (depending on the jurisdiction, this right may be referred to as the "right of access,"

"right to portability," or similar terms). You can request a copy of your personal data by submitting

the request via email.

• Update your information. If you believe your information processed by us is inaccurate or no

longer wish to authorize us to process it and want to request its correction or deletion or object to its

processing, you can contact us via email.

For your protection and to protect all our users, we may ask you to provide identification before we

can respond to such a request.

Please note that we may deny these requests for certain reasons, such as if the request is illegal or if

it could violate trade secrets, intellectual property, or the privacy of another user.

Note that in the settings section, all actions and access to services that the user has performed

(including all actions and access to services for their protected individuals), all chats with all

messages, and various services activated will always be available chronologically. For the security of

our affiliates, none of this information will EVER be deletable.

• Uninstallation. You can prevent an app from collecting information by uninstalling it using the

standard uninstallation procedure for your device. If you uninstall an app from your mobile device,

the unique identification code associated with your device will still be stored. If you reinstall the app

on the same mobile device, we will be able to re-associate this identification code with your previous

transactions and activities.

• Accountability. In some countries, including EU member states, the user has the right to file a

complaint with the data protection authority if they object to how we process their personal data. The

data protection authority you should contact to file a complaint will generally be the one in your

country of habitual residence or the country where you work or where we have our legal

headquarters.

8. To protect you from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction of your information, we use

the best technology available to us. However, even though we take measures to protect your

information, we cannot promise that your information will always remain secure.

We regularly monitor our systems for vulnerabilities and attacks, and we regularly review our

information collection, storage, and processing practices to update our physical, technical, and

organizational security measures.

We reserve the right to suspend the use of all or part of the services without notice if we suspect or

detect a security breach. If you believe your account or information is no longer secure, please notify

us immediately by contacting us via email or reaching out to our customer service.

9. We retain user information for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as

permitted by applicable law. To protect the security of our users on our services and elsewhere, we

have implemented a one-year retention period for security after an account is deleted. During this

period, account information will be kept, even if the account is no longer visible on the services.

In practice, we delete or anonymize your information when you delete your account (after the

retention period for security purposes) or after two years of continuous inactivity, unless:

1. We must retain it to demonstrate our compliance with applicable law (for example,

documentation of consent to our Terms, Privacy Policy, and other similar consents, which

we retain for five years);

2. There is an unresolved issue, claim, or dispute that requires us to retain the information until

the case is resolved; or if the information needs to be retained for our legitimate business

interests, such as fraud prevention and improving user security. For example, we may need

to retain information to prevent a user who has been suspended for security violations from

opening a new account.

3. For your safety, in case of emergency and necessity, we will cooperate at the highest level

with emergency services and law enforcement of any country to assist them in helping you

and in their investigations. We will provide any data in our possession.

10.Deleting your profile, for your safety, will involve multiple verification steps before final deletion

from the service platform.

11.Help Me Now services are reserved exclusively for users aged 14 and above. Persons under the age

of 14 are not permitted to become users of our platform. We do not knowingly collect personal

information from individuals under the age of 14. Help Me Now includes the "associate helpers"

feature, which is designed to monitor users under 14 years old. By associating the minor's profile, the

parent will have their location on the map at all times, and the minor can interact as a regular user,

but the parent will always be aware of their location, actions, and use of services.

12.For any privacy-related inquiries, you can contact us via our customer service by reaching out

through the settings page of our app or by emailing: help.world@outlook.com.
