Born as a free social safety app to support women and people at risk of gender-based violence, Help Me Now has expanded into a safety tool for everyone: families, elderly people, students, travellers, workers, people living alone and vulnerable users.
The first compatible wristbands are coming soon: easy-to-use devices, worn like a watch, with a physical SOS button and beacon/BLE capability. They are designed to help users activate Help Me Now faster, even when using a smartphone is difficult.
In home, care or controlled environments, the beacon/BLE function can support indoor use through compatible receivers, gateways or connected systems, helping elderly users stay protected even when they do not carry a smartphone at home.
The Help Me Now app remains free. The wristband is an optional physical safety layer, designed to be simple, accessible and useful in daily life.
